Three Pools with Spas

Located just feet away from the Gulf of Mexico, residents will find three unique swimming pool areas. On the pool deck, residents can listen to the calming sounds of waves and the gentle gulf breezes whispering through the many tropical palms.

Marina & Fishing Dock

Marina — Our marina consists of 32 slips with lifts, dry docks, and 8 wet slips. The slips are leased annually. See rules for details.

Fishing Dock — Located on Shipp’s Landing waterfront property is a fishing dock positioned on Caxambas Pass. The actual dock for fishing is licensed by the Association.

Beach & Kayak Launch

Shipp’s Landing has a protected beach on Caxambas Pass. From mid to low tide and back to mid tide, you can walk on sand as far as Cape Marco. Many times shells wash up to the beach.

If you love the water, launch a kayak directly from the property to Kice Island and beyond into The Ten Thousand Islands.

Kayak storage is available on a first-come, first-leased basis. (limited availability)

Tennis & Pickleball Courts

The tennis courts also include 2 pickleball nets and lines. Available on a first-come basis.

Bocce Ball & Shuffle Board

1 Bocce Ball court alongside 2 Shuffle Board courts — Located on the picturesque north side of the tennis deck social room. Equipment is available for both Bocce and Shuffle Board.

Fitness Center

Features a weight room, treadmills, cardio and strength-training equipment, and ample amount of space for free weights, stretching or floor exercises.

The Tennis Court Clubhouse

The Social Committee plans several events per year during the season and utilizes these facilities for such events.

The Tennis Court Clubhouse accommodates annual meetings and events, as well as space for dinner and dancing for up to 90 people with full kitchen.

The Phase II Social Room

The Social Committee plans several events per year during the season and utilizes these facilities for such events.

The Phase II Social Room accommodates up to 40 people with full kitchen.
