The minimum rental period in Shipp’s Landing is 30 days and there is a strictly enforced No-Pets policy.
Shipp’s Landing is a Florida Condominium Association, not an apartment complex. The Association does not rent units to the public and is unable to provide information about units available for rent.
Owners who rent their unit must complete and submit the "Certificate of Approval of Renter" form 15 days prior to arrival of renter, to allow Board approval.

NOTE: Entrance into Shipp's Tower Phase III, the highrise building, requires a key fob. Normal office hours are: Weekdays Only 9 AM – noon and 1 PM – 4 PM. Additionally, Shipp's Landing does not allow realtor signs on the property.
